Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Tell Me More app, published by RPM Studios LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Tell Me More on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app and all of its content — questions, artwork, and branding — belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute the content outside the app.

Subscriptions

Some content requires a Pro subscription, purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

The content

Tell Me More is an entertainment app. The questions are conversation prompts, not advice of any kind. You are responsible for how you and the people you play with use them. The app is intended for users aged 13 and up.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date above.
